Please note the apartment is in a traditional old Town built Edinburgh tenament on the 2nd floor ( sorry no lift) and is not a purpose built modern condo
Please observe the check in and out times
check in from 2pm and check out time by 10.15 am all baggage must be removed
and bear this is mind if you have an early flight in and a late flight back as we cannot store your bags ( there is a left luggage at Waverley station) you may want to consider to book an extra night if you know you have an early arrival or a late flight return
Where wifi is available it is for general use only and no downloads of music or films should there be a problem with the wifi this is a complementary service and so not charged to you

Suitable cleaning materials will be found within the Property for this purpose. The Agent reserves the right to charge for excess cleaning. Note: It is the Tenant's responsibility to ensure the safe storage of cleaning materials, particularly in the presence of children.
Nuisance. The Tenant shall not cause a nuisance of any kind to the Property or to its neighbours.
