Such a lovely flat with a wonderful atmosphere; it is tucked away and quiet yet in a very lively area . The flat is very comfortable and everything worked perfectly. Very convenient location. Susana was really helpful. I highly recommend it.

We had the pleasure of staying at Susana's flat. First, the position is stellar in the heart of Milan with bars, cafes and shops just outside the main door. Second, the apartment is on a backyard and enjoys good silence, split in two floors (main bedroom and bathroom doenstairs at ground level) with the higher floor receivig good natural light and a convenient kitchen and dining area (with four windows). Third, Susana is a fantastic host: communication has been wonderful and check-in/check-out has been fast, pleasant and seamless.

Charming and delightful flat full of wonderful things! The flat is very spacious and comfortable and quiet at night. But the stairs are a bit tricky so not for very young or un-agile. For our needs the location couldn't have been better. On a street full of restaurants, bars and shops and near everything we wanted to visit. Thanks so much Susana!

We had a great weekend staying at Susana's apartment in Brera. The transport links and location couldn't be better (can get the train straight in from the airport to the main train station and then walk over from there) and the apartment itself was great. We had 3 people sleeping in separate rooms and the main room (with two beds) mean 4 could share with comfort and privacy. It's a quirky and traditional building with a large living room and kitchen - we loved it. :)

Susana arranged for a friend to meet us and let us in to the apartment, which went smoothly. The apartment is in a trendy part of Milan, with plenty of cafes and restaurants in close proximity. There is also a supermarket about 5 mins walk away. The apartment is split level, with the bedroom and the bathroom on the lower level, and the kitchen and lounge room upstairs. The stairs to the upper level are a bit of a challenge, being quite steep, but once up there, it is very nicely set up, and retains a lot of old world charm instilled with their eclectic choice of decorative items. The kitchen is well set up with everything you need, including a small espresso machine, and has enough room for a large table, and the lounge is very warm and comfortable. The bathroom is compact (you can brush your teeth while sitting on the toilet), but works so long as there is only one person in there. The bedroom is spacious, but has two minor issues: the lower half of the wall is exposed brick, so tends to generate a bit of dust, giving the room a slightly dusty smell, and the mattress on the bed is getting old and is not as comfortable as it once might have been. All in all though, it’s a very nice apartment in an excellent location within easy walking distance of the City center and the large Garibaldi Park to the northeast. Susana and her husband are good communicators and answered all of our queries and questions in good time.
