This is an old barn that has been completely restored and tastefully renovated to welcome you in a cozy place, in the countryside, 10 minutes from Angers.

Our property is 50 m away, an old mansion being renovated. As much as possible we will be at your disposal to help you have a pleasant time here.

The countryside is just 2 steps from the city!

The space
1 separate bedroom with large 140 cm bed, an adjoining bathroom (shower, toilet and towel dryer). A water point, as well as a storage/dressing area.

A small technical room including cleaning supplies and 1 washing machine complete this space.

The living room is spacious and bright, it benefits from a large workshop-style bay window opening onto the terrace and the large garden that is dedicated to you.

The whole place is perfectly equipped, all you have to do is put your bags down and enjoy. All amenities and utensils are available, a comfortable extra bed by means of a removable bench allows the accommodation to accommodate up to 4 people (160 cm bed). Wifi available.

Outside, terrace with garden furniture & barbecue, a small extra room in which you can park your bikes.
