The house is newly renovated within the last year. It has 5 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms and is on a beautiful tree-lined street right in the heart of the Fairmount/Art Museum neighborhood. There are two living rooms with fire places, a finished basement and a back patio with a sofa, picnic table and chairs - a perfect place to unwind at the end of a day.
The house is child friendly. It has 3 queen size beds and a queen size sleeper sofa in one of the living rooms. It also has two twin beds and a crib.
It features hardwood floors with stainless steel appliances, central air/heat, a washer and dryer. It is in the perfect location for the Papal visit as it is approximately 6 blocks from the Basilica which will be the central location of the Pope's visit.
It offers a truly unique city living experience. It is close enough to Center City that you can walk there within 15-20 minutes, but it is far enough away that you get the peace and quiet and privacy of the suburbs. It is 4½ blocks from Whole Foods and literally down the street from some of the best restaurants and bars in the city; Walking distance to the Art Museum, the Barnes, Kelly Drive, Fairmount Park, and numerous other attractions.
You will have access to the entire home during your stay. Also, an agent will stop by the home to answer any questions and assist with any issues.

The house is near numerous bus lines that will allow you to make your way around the City and is blocks from the subway line. It is a 10 minute walk to the Basilica and is a 15-20 minute walk into the heart of Center City.
