About this listing
Just steps from tons of food, beverage, and entertainment opportunities & 1 mi. from USU campus. Unique layout with upstairs living area & ground floor kitchen. Great for those who appreciate the charms of an older building but don’t mind the quirks.
This upstairs apartment is located in an attractive historic 1930s building with exposed brick interior walls. It is ideally located in downtown Logan within short walking distance of numerous local and chain restaurants, shopping opportunities, grocery stores, the Logan Tabernacle, and Main St. attractions such as the Eccles Theater, historic courthouse, and Gardeners’ market. The Utah State University campus is less than a mile away, easily accessible by foot, bicycle, or bus.
The apartment has a unique layout with a fully equipped kitchen on the ground floor, and a living room, bedroom and bathroom on the second level overlooking the Federal Ave/Church Street District. Some previous guests have found the stairs from the kitchen to living area to be steep, so if you are concerned with accessibility you should carefully inspect the pictures we've included in this listing.
Apartment sleeps 2 in a queen bed.
