Set back from the road, our top floor unit offers a relaxed, light-filled and roomy place to stay, close to all that the Eastern Suburbs has on offer. Great for families, has a master bed, a children's bed and/or a second bedroom with sofa bed & pool!
We have 2 bedrooms, one with a King bed. Second bedroom has two single beds. We have one extra room we are not listing which a deluxe sofa bed (for our parents/parents in law, so the best). If you prefer to use the room with the sofa bed & cot, we are happy to switch them. If you would like to use all 3 bedrooms, this will come at an extra cost negotiable. (we just have to work out where to move our belongings...)

The entire unit except excluding one bedroom we will seal off for our belongings. Plus residents pool!!
Interaction with guests
We are contactable via email whilst away. We have incredibly kind and helpful neighbours in our block of 6 who can help.
Close to local shops on Frenchmans Road, which have lovely cafes, bakery, butchers, take aways, restaurants, buses.
5 min walk to Centennial & Queens Parks.
5-10min walk to Belmore Street - Royal Randwick where there are Coles, Woolworths, Fitness First, Pubs etc.
Within 3km of Clovelly, Bronte & Coogee Beaches. Bondi Beach only a short bus ride away.
Buses to the CBD can be caught from Cowper Road every 5-10 mins.
Bondi Junction Westfield/Rail Station is a 10min bus journey or you can walk there in 25 mins.
There are frequent buses and taxis that can take you anywhere you need to go, otherwise everything around is within walking distance!
Free street parking is available on all surrounding roads.
Other things to note
Although our building is on the main road, it backs all the way around with a Pool at the back (gorgeous for summer) - we are situated in the middle (or the quiet section ;)
