After a day of exploring, unwind in front of the cozy wood-burning fireplace, or enjoy the sights and sounds of nature from the expansive back deck overlooking the wood and a brand new hot tub (installed in Fall 2025) perfect for wildlife watching and stargazing under dark-sky conditions.

The open floor plan invites you to gather in the cozy living room, enjoy meals in the spacious dining area, or cook to your heart's content in the fully updated kitchen, equipped with everything you need to prepare gourmet meals.

🛏 Ideal for Families & Groups
Hillside Haus offers one-level living, making it perfect for multi-generational families:

Main Level: 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living area, kitchen, and dining

Lower Level: 1 additional bedroom and bathroom, entertainment space with 65" Smart TV, and game/rec room.

A large washer and dryer are also available for guest use.

🍽 Outdoor Living
Breathe in the fresh mountain air from the large back deck complete with:

Outdoor dining table
Lounge chairs for relaxing or soaking in the forest views

**Must be 25 or older to rent. Reservations made under false pretenses are subject to cancellation with no refund.**

You are in the mountains! There will be bugs, critters and wild animals. If you leave the door open or unlocked, they will come in.

Due to severe family allergies, we do not allow pets. :(

The house is equipped with a 4-prong NEMA 14-50 220v plug at the driveway to charge your EV. You must bring your own adapter.

This is a gated community so all cars must be registered (driver, car type, arrival/departure date) to access the property. 4-wheel drive, AWD or chains are REQUIRED to access this property from November 1 - April 15th.
