I am William. One The party Who involved for this incident. Please read my other reviews before you see the following scene. Thank you for your TREMENDOUS feedback to our accommodation Mr. Setia Darma. I think you are just ready to demonstrated a GOOD role for being an unethical guest for those who wanna abuse and exploiting a kind host. There are some facts that the guest didn't mentioned in their scenario. i hope any dear guest in the future can understand their are some guests' behaviors that will dis-reputate and misleading The story was the guest only disclaimed their actual departure flight time on 15th of December instead of 14th of December, but the fact they only book for us until 14th of December. They never informed to me about this before their arrival date but only provided their actual flight iternary while check in. So in the check in session. I was asking them how to take care with the one gap night. And they did a request for us for keeping the luggage in the apartment for FREE OF CHARGE. But it was only their idea but i cannot determined that suppose its their responsibility to take care of the matters for the gap day. Since the schedule was planned for another guest to check in on 14th, so i cannot instantly replied them with a solution. Before i left the apartment, i just drop down a message that if they need any support , please feel free to notify me. But since i though the group was a very kind and discipline person; but only about half a days later. There's something conspiracy came out. Only until around 10pm at that night. During my late supper time, Setia called me back again, regarding to a drainage problem existed in the wet room, so i first advise them to stop taking shower , and try to let the water run down a bit to lower the water pressure for the tube. But they wont able to properly received my command. So i just told them to hold for a while. So i rushed from the restaurant to the apartment, as being a responsible host. Only the first time i had noticed there's a drainage problem for the wet room. And i did ask them , did they realized the problem earlier? And they say no. So its already check in for almost one day long. And did Setia forgot that they had used the wet room already while the check in time (In fact Setia seems forgot that their kids from their family already used the bathroom for grooming before i left the check in session). I told them the bathroom was handled in a good condition, ever since the last night i did one more janitor for the apartment; i pour a bucket of mop water into the drainage hole and it runs well. So ask them for what happen to the wrong timing, and they just remaining silent. So i did a plumbering for them. The plumber works quite well, so i just did a experiment by pouring a bucket of water directly to the drainage hole. Please everyone take a look back on the issue. So why they only reported to me for already half days later when they already had used the wet room without any doubt? So is there possible they made the drainage of of themselves? And actually i found the clues out. After i fix the drainage problem. Setia's wife request for using the bathroom . And i let go to her. And the most ridiculous thing happened: After some certain flushing noisy and washing. Setia's wife left the bathroom, and i go to check the drain hole again, how ironic is, the drainage problem showed up again. So i just questioned to Setia, i had already fix the problem, so why does the problem happened again??? And why did you report me so let when you had already used the bathroom for certain of times? He was trying to ignore the statement i pointed out from them. And they started to say any redemption consisting due to making them a mental pressure without a proper bathing times. They were tried to asking me is there any free of charge accommodation for an extra night after their supposed check out date with us (remember their departure flight schedule was 15th of December , but they only book us up to 14th of December.). Well i had already fixed the bathroom; it should not causing any affect to the function of the bathroom. But they just keep pursuing for the free 1 night accommodation because the plumbering was making a pressure for them for 2 hours. Its that possible there were trying to exaggerate the problem? Or its there anything correlated to their misunderstanding i were submissive to all any request? There were keep pursuing for the resolution for their compensation until i left the apartment. Its sure for that they wont think its their fault. So Please Remember the scenario criteria: (1) They only booked their apartment with us until the 14th of December, but they never show any accurate information for their flight schedule prior the trip, only they show it to me until only i asked them while checking in the apartment. (The timing is very tricky since they were trying to just make some other excuse for just saying keeping certain luggage with us when they were trying to go for Macau) (2) They had used the bathroom every since they check in until i left them for the whole day, why would they did not test any bathroom facilities only until the last minute? So after i do fixed the drainage problem. I went back home and call Airbnb customer support. And seeking advise from them. And i explained them the scenario. What i got advise is to let the guest book one extra day. But i request the Airbnb customer service to pass this message to them due to authorities. So i was just according to what the Airbnb customer service said instead of my own idea. I would like all dear potential guest. This guest Setia Darma is trying to fabricating that i am not a responsible host.
The apartment was very clean, at the 17th floor, allowing us to enjoy the view on the buildings. Conveniently located downtown and close to a metro station and a food market. I would recommend it to a friend.

Sarah brought her friend in China 平平was also enhancing our communication experiences. They kept our apartment tidy when they left. I would recommand Sarah and companions to other countries' hosts

But i didn't intended to make an unpleasant experience for you. The elevator was out of order for the whole day on your arrival date. How come i can let you walk to the stairs of 17th floor for the original apartment? I had already compensate for upgrading you a bigger apartment at that time. But i pretty sure you aren't really understand English or Mandarin as well. As you said our apartment was filthy, but the fact is after your check out, when we inspected the rooms, the rooms is even a chaos then we passed to you on the check in date ( i have photos to show everyone). All food leftovers partially drop to the floor, beer can littered unproperly with out trash bags, and all the lights were not turned off properly. Maybe we were existing some certain communication barriers, but its lame to make some rentless behavior to an innocent place. Poor qualtiy guests
