LB town ordinance requires 30 day min stay & no unrelated groups. Located on the beach side of the West End of Long Beach,this house is fully furnished 3 bedrooms, 1 bath and meticulously renovated and cared for. Open floorplan with hardwood flooring living room, a/c in living room and 2 of the 3 bedrooms. Sept - April: $2450/mo, $6,000 - June, $8,000 - July ,$10,000 - Aug. 30 day min stay required. Renters pay utilities w/upfront 10% fee (balance returned) and $250 cleaning fee.

Steps to the beach and short walk to pubs, restaurants and shops. Everything is walkable.

No cancel policy during the summer. Once you book and payment is made, only damage deposit will be refunded; so be sure to ask all questions prior to booking.

From booking the house, to getting the keys and our stay, everything has been wonderful! Bonnie made everything very easy for us. The home is very nice and was spotless on check-in! The common area is huge with very tall ceilings & skylights. It has an open kitchen with tons of counter space that is very well stocked to make meals, a dining area and a comfortable sitting area. The bedrooms are a decent size and everyone was very comfortable. The only con is two bedrooms had no dressers (I'm a fan of horizontal space and we have a 2 year old so he tries to get into everything that's his height). The smaller bedroom had tons of storage built into the wall. There were shelving units with a rod to hang clothes and knobs to hang towels in the other rooms. There's a great little porch in the front that we used a lot after the beautiful beach days. Bonnie provided a nice charcoal grill that we used a few times. It's a great way to meet the community because it's right on the bike/running path and where everyone walks their dogs. The best part is that it is a short walk to the beach-it might take a minute if you walk slowly ;) I thought parking was going to be an issue but we rarely had to be more than a half-block away. Restaurants, bars, grocery store, and shops are all short walking distance which is a huge plus-you don't have to give up a coveted parking space on the weekend! Bonnie is a terrific host and made it clear she was available if any issues arose during our stay-she even checked in with me to make sure we were happy-which we were. We are sad to leave but may be back next year-if it's available.

My overall experience was good. I needed a place that I could get to by public transportation (LIRR 5 minutes away), close to the beach and close to restaurants/supermarket. This place served the purpose. It has a very nice and comfortable open space kitchen/dining room/living room with skylights. The bedrooms and the bathroom are smaller and older than I expected. The ventilation is not great. Bottom line, I think the place is a bit overpriced, but I guess that's expected of anywhere in Long Island in August. It still beats a hotel, especially if you are travelling with a group or family and are interested in cooking your own food. Bonnie was responsive. She accepted an early check-in but in exchange requested an early check-out. The house was listed as a two bathroom. Some days before travelling she realized the mistake and offered to cancel the reservation, but did not offer a price reduction. Because it was so close to the date, I still kept the reservation. I would have liked to have gotten at least a noon check-out in exhange.

Pilar, I wished you had mentioned your desire for a later check out. I'm sure we could have accommodated your wishes. I also thought from our correspondences on July 13th that the bathroom count was not important to you. It is important to me to make everyone happy and would have accommodated your wishes had you mentioned them to me. Only 4 days ago you sent me a message stating that you were having such a great time at the house, everything is perfect! You even said you definitely would like to come back.

The house was great. The kitchen/living area was nice, big and clean. So much counter space. Loved it. It was a great location for us. My only negative is the lack of parking. We got a parking ticket one day, during the week was a little easier to find a spot but weekend was difficult.

We just returned from a delightful vacation at the Trendy West End in Long Beach. Bonnie's home is perfect for a beach stay--fully equipped, very comfortable, just a few steps from the beach and so close to restaurants too. Thank you, Bonnie, for making our stay such an enjoyable experience.

This was my first time using Airbnb and I couldn't have been more satisfied. Bonnie was nothing but accommodating from the get go. From picking up the key to the drop off at the end of the weekend, this was a very professional experience. I would recommend this house 10/10 over getting a hotel or other spot in Long Beach. The house was cozy and comfy and was well stocked with kitchen items, trash bags, beach towels, etc. Not to mention it was 100 feet from the beach and about 2 blocks from the 7/11 and restaurants/bars. Nothing but wonderful things to say about Bonnie or this great spot!
