We really enjoyed our stay at Emmanuels house. It is a very charming old house in the ancient centre of Obernai equipped with everything we needed. Parking near the house was not a problem either. Emmanuel answered all our questions before an on our arrival. We really would like to come back and stay again there.

Emmanuel's house is super cozy and authentic and equipped with everything necessary. Also it is located both quiet and very centrally card down a side street compared to Obernai absolute center, where it is even easy to park. Right next is even a cozy local restaurant with outdoor seating that delivers good value for money We have only positive things to say about the place and especially Emmanuel himself, which is a very responsible and interested host, if possible, even meetings up and show you around when you have agreed meeting time.

Wow. What a fantastic house in a fantastic town in Alsace. Emmanuel is a welcoming host who was very relaxed. The house is well appointed with all the conveniences of home, including a great tv and x-box for the kids and big kids. The kitchen has everything one would need and the living rooms and bedrooms very comfortable. The adults had their own room away from the kids in the attic. The location of this +400 year old house is very central and a 2 min walk to downtown Old Town in Obernai and parking was a breeze at the end of the street. Be there on a Thursday to see the town markets come alive. Lots to see and do in the area. We did Colmar & Haut-Koenigsbourg castle in a day; a day in Strasbourg; a drive to Triberg Falls in the Black Forest for a day; Mont St.Odile not far away. If you're going to Alsace, Emmanuel's place is the place to stay. Thank you Emmanuel for opening up your place to us and making this trip a truly memorable one. Excellent!

Emmanuel was able to accommodate our crazy driving schedule and meet us at the house at the last minute. He made us feel at home and showed us all the amenities - the place is adorable (built in the 16th century). It has updates (modern kitchen, bathrooms, washer/dryer, etc.), but he's kept all the charm. You step out the door and have Obernai at your feet - walk to the tourist office, town square, carousel, stores, and restaurants; it's convenient, but the location is also quiet. We would highly recommend Emmanuel and his home. One note - if you have a car, be aware that there isn't a designated parking space. There is free parking about a half block away, but it is limited. However, except for two evenings (out of 10), we were able to find a space. You can park on the street, but cars need to be moved by 9:00 am. Free parking is a bit of a hike.

On recommande !
