This beautiful, contemporary styled 2-storey villa is the perfect base for your Floridian holiday. Set on the exclusive gated community of Watersong, it has absolutely no rear neighbours as it overlooks a lovely lake and onto the nature conservation area beyond. This tranquil residential area belies the fact that all the major theme parks are only minutes away by car and the gorgeous beaches on the Gulf of Mexico to the west and the Atlantic Ocean to the east are also within easy reach.

The space
Open plan living room, dining and kitchen area. This leads out to the pool/spa, outdoor kitchen and dining area. The games room is located in the double garage downstairs. Each bedroom is spacious and comes with a en-suite bathroom.

* There is an additional charge for pool heating $35 per night
** There is an additional charge for electric car charging $35 per night

This property is self-service, meaning the guests will need to provide their own toiletries such as cleaning supplies, paper towels, soap, shampoo/conditioner, toilet paper, detergent, etc. Upon arrival, each property shall have a toilet roll on each toilet roll holder, a trash bag in each trash can and a soap in each bathroom for your use. Any further items beyond this will need to be purchased by the guests as per their individual needs.
