Almost new unit, on the top floor of 6 storey building in beautiful downtown Kelowna. 2 short blocks to Tug Boat beach and The Delta Grand Hotel. One block to Prospera Place, The Laurel Building and many restaurants and bars.

The space

This unit has a large open kitchen and living space with bedrooms on either end of the condo. Beautiful 6th floor views over Knox Mountain and vaulted ceilings. This is a fun, bright, energetic space with orange accent walls.

Guest access

You will have access to the 6th floor gym and roof top deck, complete with large fire table and views of the lake. One parking spot is included with the rental of the unit.

Interaction with guests

I am never very far away. If you need help with anything in the building, my contact number is on a feature sheet in the unit.

Other things to note

This is a building of owner occupied condos as well as commercial space. Please respect the full time tenants as well as the customers who visit the businesses in the building.

We do not tolerate rowdy party people. If this describes you and your guests, then we are not the hosts for you. We have always respected hosts when we travel, and we expect the same from our guests. Leave the condo in the same condition it was given to you. Take out your trash and recycling. We will do the laundry and basic cleaning. We will not accept groups over 4. (Unless infants) Lost key fobs, parking decals, or garage door openers are $50each. No pets. No smoking. Breakage, damage, but missing items, and extra cleaning will be charged against your deposit.

We had a great experience, from start to finish. Communication with host was responsive, timely, and all our questions answered. Everything was explained about the condo and there were simple things like detergent for appliances and beach towels that made our four night stay really easy. The location in downtown Kelowna is great, easy access to everything, great restaurants within walking distance, safe and secure building, parking, bike storage, and community felt safe to walk around in at night. Kevin had contact numbers available should we need anything, but all was well. We highly recommend Kevin and his unit and certainly hope to be back.

Excellent space for 2 couples. We requested an early arrival, and our request was granted. Unit had everything that was needed. Location of unit was great, we were there for "Rock the Lake" a 5 minute walk. We would definitely stay again.

A quality condo in a very convenient part of Kelowna. I stayed here with my wife and 6 month old son and everything was great. Kevin was accommodating during check-in as I arrived outside regular hours. We were impressed by the quality of the place. It had everything we needed and the space was well put together. The only thing I would mention that could be improved would be the beds / linens. Our sheets were stained upon arrival and the mattresses could be upgraded. All in all though, I would definitely return.
