Amenities include a gated entrance, dedicated workspace, private boat slip, one designated covered parking space, a community pool, a fully equipped kitchen, TVs in the bedroom, and more! Conveniently located minutes from Historic Downtown Hot Springs and Oaklawn Racetrack and Casino!

Guests will feel right at home as they step foot into this ultra-luxurious condo! Located on the 6th floor overlooking the main channel of Lake Hamilton, and the Hot Springs city skyline. Sunset views!!

Our spacious home is fully equipped for every guest who chooses to stay with us.

-Large open dining area with ample seating

-The living room features ample comfortable seating, a large retractable flat-screen TV, an electric fireplace, a Bose sound bar, a DVD player, automatic blinds, a motorized recliner, and a dedicated work area.

-The open kitchen floor plan is fully equipped for basic cooking needs. A Keurig coffee maker, Nespresso expresso machine, wine fridge, full-size refrigerator and appliances.

The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed, TV, and a private master bathroom with a glass walk-in shower.

*washer and dryer located just off the master bathroom*

The guest bedroom has a king bed and ample closet space.

-Large community pool and seating area with pool loungers provided.

-Community Grill area

-Tennis and basketball courts

- Designated cover parking space (only one provided additional vehicles can park in guest parking)

The Lake lowers from Nov - Feb and may not be suitable for boating or fishing during that time.

Guests will have access to the entire condo minus 2 locked host closets located in the king guest bedroom.

Pool key provided for easy access to the pool!

Other things to note
Guests who choose to bring their boat are welcome to park in our designated boat slip. The slip is equipped with electricity.

Guests will use an elevator to gain access to our property. We do not have any stairs except the fire Stair well of course :-)

While the entrance to our condo is private, guests will need to enter our building through a coded door and reception area to the elevators.
