- HOA RULES: THE PRIMARY GUEST MUST BE 25 AND PRESENT IN ORDER TO RESERVE THE PLACE.
There is a additional $100.00 fee through Laketown when you register to check in for the parking passes and wristbands.
- Parking maximum of 2 vehicles strictly enforce.
-- ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING ALLOWED
- Only 8 people per unit per HOA.
- We ask to keep windows/door securely closed when using AC/Heat.
- Please be respectful to our neighbors by observing a quiet time from 10pm overnight to 8am.
- The pool is also closed during quiet time.
- You will forfeit your damage deposit or will be evicted for breaking any rules.
- Please remember that you are staying in a house, not a hotel.
- Please treat the space with respect.
