Situation on the A59 between Harrogate and Skipton, the property is part of an existing Coach House which has welcomed travellers since 1771. On the edge of the Yorkshire Dales and the Nidderdale AONB, this rural property offers access to picturesque villages, amazing countryside and walks.
Pately Bridge, Otley, Skipton and Harrogate are all within a short drive away and further afield is York, Grassington , Knaresborough and Leeds..

The space
The property is accessed up one flight of stairs. The open plan kitchen, living, dining area is ideal for spending time together. It is a mix of old and new. Old beams and features compliment the classic decor and modern appliances. There are 2 bedrooms ( I en-suite) and 1 house bathroom.

Guest access
The large rear garden overlooks beautiful countryside and is perfect to spend time relaxing. There is also some undercover outdoor space so you can still enjoy sitting out in all weather. The large garden is shared with another property. The garden is fenced of from open fields but dogs must be carefully watched as sheep, lambs and cows graze just over the fence.
