The space

The place is located in a 3-story 1920s charming building. The apartment takes three sides of the building without facing any neighbor giving plenty of light and privacy everywhere. The sun literally revolves around the apartment through the day. It is a very cosy apartment where you'll enjoy lounging, cooking or watching out the large windows.

Neighbors in the building are very friendly and quiet, you won't be disturbed!

Gregory's apartment was the ideal place for my son and I to stay when I had to come to town for a conference. It was right next to the Hilton (where my conference was), but also close to a nice little gourmet market, coffee shop, and pharmacy. I was astonished to find such a spacious accommodation in such a good location! There was even a little driveway next to the building where I could put my car while loading and unloading all the stuff you need when traveling with a baby. My son loved watching all the cars outside the window, but the thick shades and drapes meant that we were able to block the streetlights out, and the noise wasn't too bad either. Gregory and his friend who handled the key exchange were very easy to communicate with and very accommodating. My only regret is that I didn't have the chance to soak in the amazing-looking bathtub.
