Flat Suite Loft is located in the historic centre of Denia in the Calle Mayor, the ideal location in the centre of the old town. In a recently renovated private building consisting of four separate luxuriously furnished flats on three floors accessible by lift.


The common areas include a laundry room. The whole building is very energy efficient with solar panels for self-consumption.


The main street is currently pedestrianised with limited access to road traffic, a traditional place full of charming corners and with all the flavour and history of DENIA. The neighbours are mostly people from Denia, with a quiet pace of life and a friendly and close character.


Apartamento Suite Loft is just a few minutes walk from Calle Loreto where there is a great gastronomic offer.


Also very close to Calle Marques de Campo, the main promenade of the town that connects with the Port of Denia.


It is easy to find parking less than 500m away and it is possible to stop in front of the accommodation to leave luggage without any problems.


 


SURROUNDINGS


The nearest beach, Punta Raset, is only 15 minutes walk away, with its beach bar and facilities for children. For the most comfortable, the Port of Denia and this beach have a large car park.


The nearby port of Denia also offers a wide range of leisure and gastronomic activities thanks to its summer terraces and discotheques.


Boat, jet ski or multi adventure rental companies are also concentrated here in the Port. An excursion to Ibiza or Formentera with Balearia is also a good plan when you are in Denia thanks to the Fast Ferrys.
