We were in touch with Clotilde, as Laure was in the south of the country at the time. All went smoothly - Clotilde speaks good English and is a capable organiser. She explained how everything worked and was available for any further questions. The location is excellent with lots of traditional food shops all along Rue Sèvres, as well as having a good Carefour supermarket nearby. There are lots of places to eat and drink around, although we tended to eat in, and then go out for the various attractions. At least 4 boulangeries/patisseries within 2 minutes walk. The apartment is in easy walking distance of the Eiffel Tower, Musée d'Orsay, Latin Quarter and Champs Elysées - very useful for us as we were visiting over the 2016 European Cup and Bastille Day celebrations when high security measures meant that streets were sealed off. Métro connection are good, but consider using the buses instead - they take you direct to Gare de Lyon, Montmartre, Arc de Triomphe and other attractions, and are much more agreeable than being underground. The apartment is perfect for 2 people: with the windows all looking onto a central courtyard it is surprising quiet - we slept very well during our week there. But you are very close to your immediate neighbours - unless your blinds are down, you are looking into their windows and they are looking into yours. Kitchen and bathroom are compact, and the living room has a sofa for two... There is some good cable TV (though we didn't use it) and excellent wifi. In short, a great typically Parisian location. We had a great time and would definitely consider going back again.

Very convenient spot, toward metro station and supermarket. And the house owner provided very helpful information.

All in all a very comfortable stay and central to everywhere. The checkin was a bit of a pain as (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) Maps lists the address down a side street and we had a bunch of luggage with us, trying to connect with Clotilde was a pain point, etc. but once we got settled in it was great. We were able to walk to any location central to Paris. Apartment was very clean and accommodating.

Laure was not available to meet us at her apartment, but her friend (Clotilde) was gracious and welcoming when we arrived. She pointed out everything needed throughout the apartment. A few things to note for potential Airbnb-ers -- the en-suite bathroom in the flat has only a bathtub, no standing shower. There is a handheld shower to use, but the tub is worth noting if you're a standing shower only kind of person. Apartment was tidy and clean, and the heat worked great. Would recommend to a friend!

Very nice, cozy one bedroom flat in the heart of Paris. All the practical amenities, though I could not find a toaster. Friendly, punctual service. Very good heat and good hot water. Bathroom, kitchen, closets are more than adequate. Clean design and decoration allow for renter to make the place his own during a short stay. Very short walk to a Metro station allowing for rapid movement to multiple Paris locations. Good grocery shopping a short walk away + one of the best Parisian “luxury delis” 15 minutes away on foot, 5 by Metro. All kinds of (good, very good and excellent) restaurants near-by. Rate was fair. Would be very happy to go back.

The place was wonderful!!! Very modern, good quality furnishings. Great Wifi. Very cosy. Really close to great Bistro's and shops. Secco Patisserie was fantastic. So close to Duroc station and a short walk to major attractions/sites. Overall a fantastic stay and I would strongly recommend it to others.
