The location is AMAZING! Pool/ Ocean views are spectacular. I would absolutely stay here again. But be aware that the unit is very basic, lacks amenities. It is nothing like what you expect in a hotel. There wasn't even a single roll of toilet paper. Ceiling fans were loose, shaky, missing light bulbs. My husband and father had to "Macgiver" some repairs to make things work. Only one button (The one for express cooking) on the microwave worked. AC is poor, window screens missing, Imagine you are going camping, you will have to supply anything you need. There is some bedding, no towels. Carlos lacks communication skills, never returned an email and a phone call. Other than that, PV is AWESOME, and not far from here, maybe 20 minutes on your own car, (Not bad for MEXICO). Spent most of the time on the pool, the Condo area is clean, and quiet. Very relaxing.

The apartment itself is ok. Nothing luxurious and could use some upgrading. The AC works great. The wifi is slow. Outside the apartment is a very beautiful and well-kept property. The beach and pool are a few steps away. We enjoyed our stay there.

I booked this 3 bedroom condo because it was the cheapest (I'm also the cheapest), right on the beach, and had a swimming pool. The address Carlos has does not show up on (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) maps, so you could ask him for the address of a hotel next door to the right to find the condo. When I arrived the condo staff showed me to the condo and game me the key. There are 3 small in wall A/C units: one A/C in the living room that takes a loooong time to cool the room down, one A/C in the first bedroom with full size bed, and one A/C in the second/master bedroom with a king size bed with private bathroom. The third and small children's bedroom with a built in bunk bed, that does not have a door (you still have privacy because the way the doorway is positioned) does not have A/C. The ad shows it comes with "Essentials" but the condo had: one small kitchen wash cloth (no bath towels or sink wash cloths), some liquid dish soap in the mop room (I think one used bar of soap in one of the showers), it did have all of the bedsheets, and only the hallway bathroom had a very small amount of toilet paper in the whole condo. The kitchen area had some ants. Both showers and one of the bathroom sinks had some mold, also both showers drain slow. The community wifi from outside was 0.40 MBPS down while inside the condo with dead spots (I used the open wifi from a nextdoor hotel that was like 1.2 MBPS down which was sort of reliable). The beds are firm and there are some broken things here and there. On the bright side the beach was nice, the condo is big, and Carlos communicates well. I tried to give an unbiased review so you can make an educated decision. You get what you pay for is true for this condo.
