Cozy 55 m² gîte, completely renovated, in an old barn, with large terrace with a barbecue, 150 m² of garden and swimming pool (12 m² - 1.20 m deep). Adjacent to a wall (very thick) of the owners' house, with an independent entrance from the street, an intimate and partitioned space. Parking 30 meters away and parking space for 1 vehicle on site.
