Cozy 1 bed, 1 bath house with street parking (front) or gated parking (back).

Located in historic South Park, a downtown neighbourhood full of beautiful historical homes.

The space
Since I travel a lot for work, I have worked hard to make my home as maintenance free and relaxing as possible.

Try out my yoga space, or relax in the deep tub. The breakfast counter has nice big comfy stools to get some work done, or just sprawl out on the couch and binge some Netflix.

Absolutely no smoking in, on or around the property, and no gatherings or parties that exceed the number of guests staying.

Two of my immediate neighbors are also Airbnb hosts, and are available to address any issues you may have if I am out of town.

Back in 2011, I moved to the US from Ireland, and have lived in Dayton, OH since. I can't say enough great things about this city and the people here. I travel quite a bit, and so my home is usually left in the care of my neighbours. Since I travel a lot, and work long hours, it's nice to have a little oasis of comfort and relaxation to come back to. As much as I would like to say I live a healthy active lifestyle full of kale and early morning walks on the beach, I do like to eat and drink just as much as being outdoors, so I walk that fine line of enjoying backpacking, climbing and biking but my full potential is held back by craft beer and delicious farm to table food. Between travelling for work and travelling for fun, I've definitely seen my fair share of hotels and airbnbs. On top of that, I was born into a family run B&B in the south west coast of Ireland and now my mother keeps a close eye on my reviews, so I'm under pressure to keep to her standards. With all that in mind, please let me know if there is anything I can do to improve your stay in the future. The biggest problem I have run into with Airbnb is that sometimes I felt like I was invading someone's space and that they really only got into hosting because they live in a touristy town and wanted to capitalize on that. Dayton is not a touristy town!!! I'm not on here to capitalize on anything like that, just here to open my home to some like minded people and share my experience of this great city. Life motto?
