I am looking for a clean and quiet person to take the room from January to February or longer. Semi long term rates apply. A room with breathtaking views of the river in a modern building. It is tranquil, safe with 24 hour security, modern, and clean. The flat has 2 double bed rooms & two bathrooms, located on the 4 floor, facing west with warm afternoon sun streaming in everyday. Long corridors and two well maintained lifts serve my side of this imposing modern building.

Keys handover is normally very easy and can be collected from concierge with an ID with written instruction by me to concierge. In your case your booking was late and you expect to arrive at 5.30pm but was unable to until after 8pm. Your booking was VERIFICATION PENDING by Airbnb. It is hard to arrange definite keys handover when you have a VERIFICATION PENDING status set by Airbnb not a Booked status. If the latter you could easily collect keys from concierge with ID. Like you need to to get a parking permit. Or from me.

Bee was very welcoming and informative. My later check in no problem. Lovely secure place just of the river. Don't leave the window open if early departs (6.00) from city airport will disturb you. River taxi 5min away. Very recommended

Bee was very welcoming and showed me around the flat and how everything worked. I work on the estate and was out late in London and the location is perfect for me. First time I have done this and will do so again.
