Minimum age to rent is 35 (excluding children traveling with parents). Excessive noise not allowed at any time. Quiet time is 10pm - 9am. In gated communities, noise or other disturbing behavior after 10pm, may result in a fine. No bachelor or bachelorette groups allowed.

No pets are allowed unless specifically pre-authorized.
No smoking is permitted inside the property.
No events such as weddings, bachelor or bachelorette parties will be permitted unless they are specifically pre-authorized, and an event fee is paid.

Occupancy: The total number of persons allowed at any time is restricted to the contracted number of guests for each reservation. The renter must disclose the number of persons in his/her group as well as the name of every member of his/her group. See the rules for additional terms.

IMPORTANT: Please list no more than 2 children (under 12) in the “Children” field. The first two children stay free when sharing accommodations with parents. Any additional children must be entered as adults.
