We had a great time at the Toby's flat. Nice room with space, a cool terrace. Dust is visible but it's kept functional. Place easy to reach with the bus. Nice place, close to portobello market. We didn't meet Toby but it was easy to communicate with him.

Between the hip neighborhood of Notting Hill and the up-and-coming Kensal Rise, Toby's flat was a terrific site for our London visit. The flat itself was very stylish and clean, about 5 minutes walk to some decent drink and food and a 30-40 minute ride to central London. I would stay here again without hesitation.

Great room which is the biggest room in the apartment. The room is at the top of the apartment so there's a lot of stairs. The bus stop is right outside of the apartment and takes 2 minutes to take to kensal green station. Good communication with toby and I had a lovely stay!

The host was very welcoming and easy to contact via text and email, detailed instructions were given on finding the flat and getting in. The location was perfect for me as next door to my course. Also great links to the rest of London, short walk to restaurants and Sainsburys. The flat was fantastic, clean, stylish, pictures give a good idea. Its midwinter and I wasnt too hot or too cold at night. Loads of interesting books on design and architecture too!

The house was very nice and only a one minute walk from the bus stop! That meant it only took 25 minutes by bus to get into town. Toby was lovely and it was a nice homely appartement! Definitely worth a stay!
