I would like to start by saying the apartment complex outside and area and location was lovely, and the people we met at the reception were also lovely.
Anna was very friendly and pleasant on check in.
The pool was great.
However, there were several things which were a let down, for a property we thought would be much better given the price tag we paid, of 1000euro for the week.
The apartment was not new as described in the listing.
I do not feel it was fairly priced given the wear and tear obvious, and also for the following reasons:
The wiring in the kitchen was of a safety concern, you had to hold the extension lead in your hand in order to operate the microwave, I also have concerns on the amount of appliances being run from one socket, the fridge, dishwasher, microwave. It was the only socket we could use to operate the hair dryer. Wires coming out of the wall are obvious.
The bathroom had no light, except in the little vanity unit over the wash hand basin.
The hot water in the shower was not always working, we had to work with the taps and wait several minutes at times to get hot water to flow.
There were several cracks in the tiles and walls in the apartment.
We could not use the fan in the living area as there was so much dust and dirt being displaced from it every time you switched it on.
The pots and pans and everything under the sink, were very dusty and had to be washed before use.
The main beds in the bedroom, were more like camp beds rather than a proper bed.
I believe the price of 123 euro a day is not reasonable given the above.
I believe a much more reasonable price would be in the region of 90euro per day.
