Bright and spacious (approx 200m2 w/terrace). Unbeatable location in the heart of BA's artistic and culinary district, Palermo. Double room with balcony. Fully-equiped retro kitchen. Huge rooftop terrace. Big lounge space. VERY GOOD value for money.
By BA standards, our apartment is big. We have a huge terrace for parties, dinners and relaxation, and a retro kitchen to match! The living-room is broken into two sections - on one hand, a big sofa-bed for lazing about; on the other, our warm lounge space for coffee/tea and socializing. Smokers can use the balcony from the living room or room, looking onto the street below.
Guests are invited to use the entire apartment as they feel fit. Given its size and amount and types of spaces available (balcony, terrace, living room, kitchen, room), the place is great for those looking for a balance between personal downtime and social interaction with us and friends.
Interaction with guests
We ask guests to let us know what their expectations are prior to arrival. We like to throw dinner parties and the occasional weekend gathering, which you're more than welcome to join. However, given our work schedules we also enjoy peace and quiet. Again, let us know beforehand what your expectations are and we can happily accommodate!
Other things to note
The building is comprised of two apartments, forming what we lightheartedly like to call the "community". Ours is the front, 1st floor apartment. In the back apartment are our dear friends and neighbours, an artist and actor, whom you'll get to know during your stay.
Please advise in advance if you're bringing people to the apartment.
