The cabin is as advertised and in a lovely spot up an unpaved road. There was a goof up during our stay and the cleaning lady had not come before we checked in. It was unfortunate, but Dave responded quickly and she came the next morning to fix up the place. It is a great location for a big group of people. I would suggest that they need a large pot (only one small pot), but other than that, very nicely outfitted. Thanks, Dave!
Had a great time in the right side of the cabin at killington. Dave was very responsive leading up to and during our visit. And our neighbors were really nice too!
The Cabin at Killington was beautiful, clean, and in a great location. I would refer this place to anyone looking for a ski vacation, or a secluded getaway lost in the forest (with nice amenities!). The tips we got on where to do groceries saved us time and money. I would rent this place again.
The cabin is very quaint and private - exactly what we were looking for for a weekend in Vermont! It was great to have access to a washer/dryer while we were there, and the hot tub was of course a lovely way to end each day. Would definitely stay again!
We really enjoyed staying at the cabin! The hot tub was the highlight, it was all set up for our arrival, really clean, and perfect to sit in under the stars. The cabin itself was great, too. Dave, the host, was helpful and super responsive. We were there in between seasons -- the weekend after Columbus Day -- but still found plenty to do in the area with our young children. This part of Vermont really is very beautiful and the people are extremely friendly. All in all, a great experience.
The house is very comfortable and offers a lot of beds for larger groups. The only downside is the kitchen/dining area are smaller, but the living room is a good size and you'll most likely spend your time outdoors in this beautiful area anyway! The setting is very peaceful; this was a great place to relax and escape the city!
We loved staying here! So quiet and peaceful and the hot tub in the back was incredible. Apple TV was a great bonus, no commercials!
I would highly recommend staying here. Dave responded to my emails with queries very quickly and was always very helpful. The location is very convenient, very close to the mountain but also to restaurants etc. I would definitely recommend this (and the hot tub was amazing after a day on the slopes!).
Very cozy cabin, extremely spacious, well equipped. The bath tub is fantastic. Highly recommended in the winter. Tip: turn off the lights at night while in the hot tub. ^_^
nice location - close to the mountain and shops/restaurants, but secluded so that it's quite peaceful. Nicely decorated, comfortable beds, everything you could want in a cabin.
