The space
A beautiful, newly renovated/restored house in the center of Tours. It is a lovely, comfortable space preserving the best of Tours architectural details (original wood floors, high ceilings, authentic fireplaces) with the comfort of updated baths and kitchen. The house is spacious for couples, families and groups (4 big bedrooms). About 2500 sq. ft. on two floors with a backyard of about 5400 sq. ft. ! Easy access to great dining, museums, shopping. Beds are done at your arrival. Towels, linens, tea towel and hairdryer included. In the terrace, an outside table, 8 chairs and a weber BBQ are at your disposal. The swimming pool is private and heating (dimensions : 10 x 4m).
