This original place consists of a large one-room type apartment (about 75 sq. m), with curtain divides, as well as wooden Japanese screens. It is possible to make hot and cold drinks, to heat food, to prepare snacks and salads .
The apartment is pleasant, roomy, a friendly place where one wants to sit and have a drink and chat. It is very calm and very central. With a private code, the lift brings you directly into the apartment.
There is a kingsize, high quality futon (1,80 width/ 2m length) in the alcove separated by curtains from the main room, in which there are two comfortable single spare beds.
The kitchen is equipped with a micro-wave oven, electric kettle and refrigerator. Close by, it is easy to get takeaway food of all sorts. There are lots of various eating places as well as cafés, tea rooms, supermarkets, etc.
Interaction with guests
The apartment is separate, but it is possible and convenient to get information and help, as I live in the adjacent flat, and I enjoy meeting guests.
Other things to note
As the apartment is a big open space, there is no real intimacy.
As there are people in the floor below, avoid making a noise in the evening, after 10pm in particular.
No hard-soled shoes, please, especially when walking on the carpets.
Persons aged 18 or more only are accepted.
No smoking, please.
- turn off the lights when you go out.
- turn down the radiators (in the bathroom in particular) when you are not there .
Thank you for not playing the pianos.
There is an electric kettle, and a micro-wave oven. The kitchen is not equipped for elaborate meals.
