Great location on edge of historic Monford area just outside downtown. Great opportunity to experience a multistory Tiny House layout. Location near interstate good yet traffic noise is negligible. Having a specific parking spot is a nice touch. Enjoyed bar & breakfast in the nearby Indigo hotel. Easy access and plenty of info about the unit amenities available.

Loved Our Stay! The Bird House was very easy to locate, Dana provided excellent directions. As we entered the Bird House, the air was on and it smelled good! (How many times have you entered a rental space/hotel room and it's stuffy and musty?) The location is convenient - a short walk to downtown, easy access to interstate, grocery stores close by, and a dedicated parking spot! The Bird House is in an historical area and we enjoyed walking through the neighborhood. As stated in the property description, be aware of the stairs! It's not that there are many stairs, but they are steep (especially the spiral staircase). WiFi is available, but we had issues with the signal strength and the connection going in and out. The Bird House is adorable, convenient, and we definitely recommend it for your stay in Asheville!

The house was very clean and welcoming; we especially appreciated the easy parking right out front. The 5 minute walk to downtown Asheville made it the perfect location.

The bird house was a great place for a weekend! Perfect size for two, a unique place, and very well decorated. It also wasn't too far from town (maybe 3 or 4 blocks?) and the running path to UNC Asheville, which made for a nice adventure. The stairs were a little steep going down to the kitchen, so I wouldn't recommend the place to anyone who might have trouble going up and down stairs. Overall we had a great time and would stay there again.

The Bird House was perfect in every way. Nicely appointed with more amenities than expected including a hair dryer, full kitchen, trash bags and playing cards. They thought of everything and provided great communication beforehand and after our stay. The location is in a great neighborhood and walking distance to downtown. We would stay here again on another trip to Asheville.
