Beautiful and inviting home with lots of period charm. Easy access to downtown via the red line; walking distance to all of Andersonville/Edgewater's best restaurants, cafes and the beach. Loyola and Northwestern Universities are just up the road!
This beautiful 1920s building has been completely gut-rehabbed, while still maintaining its character charm. Conveniently situated in Andersonville, adjacent to the Bryn Mawr district and close to both Loyola and Northwestern Universities. Both the beach and red line are a quick walk away! The main bedroom can accommodate two and we have a sofa bed that can accommodate two additional adults or children. Gay-friendly.
This lovely apartment is all yours! The best compliment you can give us is to feel at home in our home. You'll have access to a nice patio area outside and my partner and I are happy to share recommendations of great local restaurants and attractions.

Welcome and thank you for choosing to stay with us. The neighborhood we live in is known as Andersonville. It's a vibrant, close-knit community just north of downtown Chicago (15 min by car/20min. by train). Here are a few things about the space that we would like you to keep in mind:
(1) No smoking inside the apartment; Doing so will forfeit your security deposit. THIS IS NOT OPTIONAL. This is a deal-breaker.!!!!
(2) Please do not give the combination code (door lock) to anyone outside your party. I know this sounds obvious but stranger things have happened.
(3) When in doubt, give a shout!!! If you have questions about the space/neighborhood/restaurant choices, etc do not hesitate to contact me. I am also available by phone and we live just around the corner.
