We had a really great time at Krešo's appartment! His dad picked us up from the airport when we arrived and brought us to the next supermaket so that we could buy everything we would need for the first days. The appartment is located about 20 minutes driving from Zadar and only 3 minutes walking distance to the sea. It is really quiet all around and the people are always helpful. The only thing we were struggling with, were the mosquitos, because there were no mosquito nets on the windows and we couldn't open any window without letting them in. All in all, we had a great time in croatia and we would always come back.

The apartment was exactly as described. We enjoyed staying in a quiet neighborhood and the beach was only a 3 minute walk. There are no big supermarkets nearby so it really helped that Kresos dad took us to the supermarket from the airport as we didn't have a car. There is however a vegetable and fruit stand by the beach which is great. We loved the sunsets from the balcony and the water is lovely to swim in, we also recommend taking a day trip to Kornati islands. It was just a bit warm without air conditioner in the room so important to keep the doors closed in the afternoon. Definitely recommend staying here for a peaceful holiday!

My friend Laura and I spent a week in the apartment of kresho. His father was there to help us with any questions. He was the friendliest man I ever met. They offered food and drinks to us, nearly every day, ice cream and fruits and took us to airport after the week. We felt very comfortable in the apartment it was clean and cute and the location was very good, 3 minutes to the beach. We spent a great time there and we will return!

We spent ten wonderful days in the house of Kresos dad Dragan in Sv. Petar, including kitchen, balcony and the most beautiful view over the Adria and its islands. Kreso helped translating via phone, even though we managed to communicate with Dragan very efficiently with hands, feet and some pen and paper. He is a warmhearted gentleman, an excellent cook and a most welcoming host! Dalmatia is a country where everything seems to meet: the sea and the mountains, the sun and the wind, the touristy towns and the solitary hinterland. We seldom have felt so welcomed and embraced, not only by Dragan and his neighbor Franz, but by the whole country, the overwhelming, warm and relaxed friendliness of its people. There are four national parks close by: the sparse islands Kornati, the white mountains Velebit, the green river Krka, the windy views of Vransko Jezero and, with a two hours drive the furthest, the Plitvitz Lakes with their numberless waterfalls and fishes. We were there in the end of April: It was a bit too cold for bathing in the sea - even though its possible -, but perfect for our excursions into the countryside and to towns like Zadar with its charming old town or Trogir with its medieval alleyways. The season had not yet started, so we luckily didn't have to cope with masses of tourists. All in all, we give six stars out of five and a big hooray for Dragan and his family! Thank you so much for a wonderful time!
