Perched atop a picturesque hill in the Kastelakia area, Villa Naya offers panoramic views of Rethymno city and the shimmering sea. This villa boasts an enviable location, providing easy access to both the town and a stunning sandy beach, a mere 1 km away. Villa Naya is a three-storey villa, spanning across 300m2, and featuring five bedrooms, comfortably accommodating up to ten guests.

**Accommodation cost excludes Climate Resilience Tax. The amount for the accommodation type is set at €15 per night from April to October and €4 per night from November to March, payable upon check-in.

Totally isolated but close to everything as Rethymno city centre and the beach is only 1 km away, the villa offers full privacy to our guests and a variety of facilities for the whole family to be happy.

Take advantage of the location, relax in a quiet private area but also feel like staying in a town with various amenities in a small distance away. Several choices of different markets and shops, any kind of services, restaurants and taverns, bars, night clubs and beach bars are only a few of what you can find around Rethymno which lies in front of the villa.

Finally only 450 meters away from our villa there is a unique park where children can play with the supervision of educators. The park has a small zoo, a mini soccer field, an organised playground and a great tavern with view of the town for parents to enjoy!
