Our home has been featured in the New York Times T Magazine, a perfect example of a charming, hip Brooklyn apartment near MacCarren Park/Williamsburg. 1st floor of building on one of the quietest, most picturesque blocks in the city.

The space

This 1st-floor railroad apartment in the exciting neighborhood of Greenpoint,
Brooklyn, is a 10-min walk to the Bedford L train stop (just 1 stop away from Manhattan) but you might not want to leave the area! Greenpoint features some of the best new restaurants and entertainment venues while retaining the cozy, neighborhood feel with the local Polish community.

Guest access

Guest will have access to the full ground-floor apartment, including Bathroom with full bath, spacious kitchen with gas oven and dining area, living room with DirectTV, and Bedroom with queen-sized bed looking out onto one of the quietest, tree-lined streets in all of Brooklyn.

Interaction with guests

We will meet guests to hand off keys and gladly answer any questions about the apartment and our wonderful neighborhood.

Matthew has been an excellent host and very responsive to any questions/needs. The apartment is lovely, very quaint and charming and in an AMAZING location right between Greenpoint and Williamsburg. It's a great haven, and I would love to stay here again.
