About this listing

Located right next to Père Lachaise cemetery, this spacious and well-organized designer's flat is close to many great areas (Marais, Bastille, Ménilmontant...) and typically Parisian restaurants.

The space

I've been living in this awesome flat for 6 years now and have made many arrangements to it so it's both welcoming and resembling who I am. As an art lover, I collected a lot of objects that are now decorating the flat. Quiet and clean, the latter sports 2 bigs rooms (the living-room and the bedroom), a small kitchen, separated toilets and a bathroom.

Guest access

You'll enjoy the whole apartment for yourself :)

Interaction with guests

I'll be available all along your stay to answer any question you might have.

This is one of my favorite Airbnb spots yet! Fabien's apartment is the perfect size for one or two people, very clean and comfortable, and wonderfully located. (In my opinion, the 11th is always the best place to stay in Paris!) The apartment also has large windows in the bedroom and the dining room, which is so nice for working, meditating, or just enjoying time with friends. Fabien was friendly and accommodating. I had a very easy time checking in and out of the apartment, and he is just a lovely person. If you stay here you will not be disappointed!

Staying in Fabiens apartment was a fantastic experience. He was really patient and flexible. We even drank coffee on the day we left. His house felt really cosy and comfortable, a real home. It was the perfect place to sleep, read, write and just relax. Also the neighbourhood was really vibrant and creative, which was a nice surprise. We never book twice at the same place but with this one... it was just a great experience and made our trip even better. Thank Fabien!

Fabien is a very welcoming host, communication was easy. The flat is as described and there is lots of great art work to admire. The location is very close to Voltaire subway station, supermarkets, bars and restaurants. Very easy to get to.

Fabien has been a great host. He made sure the apartment was very clean when I arrived and he has always answered my questions very fast. The apartment itself has a lot of charm. One can tell that the furniture has been chosen with great attention and no object is identical to another! On this regard, the pictures of the apartment are very accurate. It is also enjoyable to have a lot of plants. Since I cooked a lot during my stay, I was happy to have a well-equipped kitchen with hotplates and a microwave/oven. The kitchen also includes all the regular utensils and a good variety of dishes. The location is great since the street is quiet with few cars passing by. It is 2 minutes from the Père Lachaise cemetery which is a must-see in Paris. And if you are more into nightlife, you are 15 minutes walk (or two metro stations) from the great district of Oberkampf.

Fabien was a kind and welcoming host. The apartment is really beautiful, decorated with his work as a graphic designer and is exactly as in the pictures. Comfy bed too! Good location for metro access, franprix around the corner and really good quality old style boulangerie on the corner also.

Je suis un graphiste situé à Paris, je voyage, avec plaisir, plusieurs fois dans l'année, en France où à l'étranger. Je suis donc parfois à la recherche d'un hébergement ayant du caractère et chaleureux.
