This house is located on historic Main Street in Saint Charles, Missouri. This means we are within walking distance of dozens of restaurants and boutique shops. We are in the wedding district and three wedding venues are within a 5 minute walk: The Conservatory, The Old Stone Chapel, and LaBelle Couer. This is the perfect spot for bridal parties and families.

This unique house, is a perfect spot for a bridal party to get ready and prepare for the big day.

Brand new bath added in 2024.

The space
Guests have full access to the entire house. This is a historic house which is 125 years old. There are 2 main bedrooms and an entire loft. 5 total beds, a futon, and a fold out couch. The beds are: 1 king, 1 queen, and 3 twin beds. There is also a futon and fold out couch. There are 2 full baths.

The house has a brand new bath (2024) with all the amenities: step down shower, rain shower, double sink, bidet toilet, and full size mirrors for getting ready.

There are 2 stations with full mirrors for getting ready in the second bedroom and a full size mirror in the main bedroom. Lots of space for bridal parties or families.

We have a full kitchen with dishwasher, keurig, and many amenities. There is also a wine cooler tucked away for keeping your wine the right temperature.

There are 2 flat screen tvs (50”) including a frame TV.

Parking is limited to 3 cars in the driveway, but Main St has many spots nearby. If you have smaller cars you can park 4 cars in the driveway.

Please don’t park in neighbors spot

Guest access
Guests access the house with a 4 digit passcode . Guests have access to all the house but we ask that they stay out of the cellar.

Other things to note
New bathroom is now open.

We are planning a landscaping project on the outside of the house hopefully spring of 2026. This will put a fire pit, and a courtyard area in the front of the house.

New walkway has been added.
