A spacious, cozy and fully equipped apartment in The Persimmon Studios. Located near Cebu Business Park and SM Cebu, our apartment is perfect for the families visiting or passing by Cebu and for people who are here for business.

The space
Uptown is actually the best place to be in Cebu city. Since Cebu is pretty small, you can easily and quickly get to all tourist attractions. Taxies and Jeepneys are readily accessible outside the condo.

Within the area itself, there are pharmacy, convenience stores, laundry shops, atm, money exchange, printing shop, bakeshop, cafes and restaurant. Everything you need is just very close by.

This unit is about 39 sqm and is at the 15th floor accessible via elevator. You will have the city and infinity pool view.
