The space

This is a small, but cozy apartment (40 m2) on the top floor of a traditional old building, with wooden staircase and mosaic floor in the main entrance - a true gem.

Guest access

You have the entire apartment to yourself. Families travelling with children have the option to use the small sofa in the livingroom-kitchen, which unfolds into a smaller double-bed and sleeps two children comfortably. The main bed is 2 by 2 meters and has plenty of space for a couple with a small child.

Interaction with guests

I will not be in the country during the available dates - though if there might be any questions concerning the apartment, the nice landlord lives in the same building and of course you can reach me on my phone and via email.

The neighbourhood

The apartment is right next to the Creative Quarters at Leonrodplatz, with a vivid art scene, theatre, dance, alternative cafe and great concerts in the small Art Center. The area is called Neuhausen a cozy neighborhood with plenty of little shops, restaurants, bakeries and cobblestone streets.

Getting around

The best part of living here is the public transportation. You are connected to two tram lines, a bus line that runs to Schwabing - the famously hip bar neighborhood and you are in 10 minutes at central station by tram where all major trains and transportation goes to. And of course - there are the two bikes :-)

Other things to note

We do separate trash in the house - there are separate containers for compost, paper and regular trash.

House Rules

This is a two person apartment only!!! Families are welcome and there are no additional fees charged for children under the age of 14. Visitors staying during Octoberfest season should note: The landlord lives in the building and uncivil behavior, loud music, and additional guests staying in the apartment will not be tolerated. Smoking is not allowed.
