Clean towels and linen are provided for all guests. In-suite heat and air conditioning controls. Non-smoking and pet-free property. Can comfortably accommodate 6 people. Basic toiletries provided. Unit is professionally cleaned between each stay.
Guests have access to everything in the condo, including:
MASTER BEDROOM - with a super comfy, queen sized bed; MASTER ENSUITE BATHROOM - 3-piece with a deep tub, hairdryer; SECOND BEDROOM/DEN - with a queen sized bed; LIVING ROOM - with modern pull out sofa bed, coffee table, TV; KITCHEN - Fully equipped kitchen, espresso machine, toaster, water kettle and several other daily kitchen appliances. There are three grocery stores close by, should you need the ingredients; GUEST BATHROOM - 3-piece with a 5-feet glass rain shower; ENSUITE LAUNDRY - with washer/dryer, iron and ironing board;
PRIVATE BALCONY - with two comfortable chairs and a love seat.
5 minute walk to Dundas Square (Toronto's Times Square) and Eaton Centre. Close to many popular attractions such as the Royal Ontario Museum, CN Tower, Financial District, Ripley's Aquarium, Air Canada Centre, Ed Mirvish Theatre, Chinatown, Ryerson University. Minutes walk from restaurants, bars, and cafes. 24-hour grocery store is 2 minutes away.
Building Amenities include: beautiful rooftop terrace (5th floor) with lounge seating, city views and outdoor BBQs (guests only; no outside visitors allowed), Fitness Centre - Day Passes can be purchased directly from them (Not included in rental fees), Direct access to underground Subway system through the College Park Shops.
Interaction with guests
I will interact with guests as much or as little as they'd like. I'll meet with you to give you the keys and make sure you have everything you need and then am available by text for any questions. I am flexible depending on the guests' needs.
You'll find a binder in the suite with recommendations for things to do/see and places to eat.

Please don't hesitate to contact me if you have ANY questions either pre or post booking or while you are staying at the condo.
I require that guests go through AirBnB's online verification process. I did the same and it's very quick, easy, and confidential. AirBnB keeps the information and does not give it to the hosts except for your phone number once you book.

CHECK-IN/OUT TIME IS FLEXIBLE will need to be prearranged in advance with through email/phone.
This is a NON SMOKING unit. Smoking inside the unit is strictly prohibited.

QUIET HOUR POLICY: Quiet hours are defined as hours from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. No loud noises that could disturb the neighbours are allowed during this time.
PAYMENT - Payment is made through AirBnB.
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY - 6 persons.
NO DAILY CLEANING SERVICE - While linens and bath towels are included, daily cleaning service is not included in the rental rate however is available at an additional cost.
PARKING - Secure underground parking is available for an additional fee. The Host is not responsible for any damage to the renter's vehicle or personal belongings during the stay.
USAGE - The premises are to be used only as a private residence for Tenants, and for no other purpose such as social gatherings or used as a place of business. Tenants shall not use the premises in such a way as to violate any law or ordinance, commit waste or nuisance, or annoy, disturb, inconvenience, or interfere with the quiet enjoyment of any other residents.
