Our charming, air-conditioned airbnb is a studio room of 20 m2 with a comfortable double bed, a private kitchen and a private bathroom. Located 5 minutes from Paris by metro in a lively area, this newly renovated and fully equipped studio will make your stay in Paris like a home of happiness.

The space
Our charming airbnb is located on the 5th floor of a building next to Paris. It has been newly renovated in November 2023, facing to the east side with 2 big windows providing the great street view of Paris.

The room of 20m2 has a special design as a studio for the best convenience, privacy and comfort for our guests. It has a separate living area with a locked door and can accommodate 2 people. Inside the room, you will feel like entering your own world with an open space including:

- Bedding area: a comfortable double bed, a bed-side table, a lamp and a wardrobe, a fan (for hot weather) and a heating system (for the winter)

- Private American kitchen fully equipped with cupboards, refrigerator, microwave, induction cooker, toaster, coffee maker, dishwasher, kettle, dishes, kitchenware, wine glasses, champagne glasses, coffee cups…

- The living / dining area has a dining table/mini bar with 2 chairs, a smart TV 45 inch connected to Netflix and Fiber Internet (WiFi)

- Private bathroom with toilet is equipped with hot water, a new shower cabin, a bathroom sink, a hairdryer; towels and shampoo/ shower gels provided.
