Power Backup and Electricity:
Power Backup: Inverter backup supports essential utilities like lights, fans, and Wi-Fi but does not power heavy appliances such as ACs or geysers.
Electricity and Water: 24-hour running water is provided, with occasional disruptions possible.
House Rules:
Smoking: Smoking inside the unit is prohibited. A fine will be imposed for violations.

Community Space: This area includes an open space for socializing and relaxation. You can also enjoy local entertainment and social activities organized in the community space- Rootsvilla.
For any entertainment, or socializing, or if you wish to order food, feel free to visit the community space where various amenities and activities are available.
Please be mindful of the parking regulations and use the public on-site parking available on the side of the road. Parking at the main front gate or nearby is prohibited due to regulations.

Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the unit. Please use designated outdoor areas for smoking. Violations will incur a fine of Rs 20,000.
Pets: Pets are allowed but require prior permission. An additional charge will apply. If a pet causes any issues or damages, the guest will be liable for cleaning costs and repairs. Continuous issues may result in immediate checkout without a refund.
Noise Levels: Please keep noise to a minimum to respect other guests and neighbors. Loud parties or disturbances are not allowed.
Visitors: Only registered guests are allowed on the property. Visitors must be approved in advance and may incur additional charges.
Power Backup: The unit has an inverter that provides backup power for up to 7-8 hours. This backup supports essential appliances such as lights, fans, and Wi-Fi but does not power heavy appliances like the AC or geyser.
Water Supply: Water is available 24/7. However, please use water thoughtfully to avoid any shortages.
Parking: Public on-site parking is available. Parking in front of the main gate or within the property’s premises is prohibited due to local regulations. Park on the side of the road, which is safe and convenient.

Kitchen Use: The kitchen is equipped with basic cooking facilities, including an induction stove and cutlery. Heavy cooking is not allowed. Clean up after use to maintain a hygienic environment.
TV Usage: The TV is equipped with streaming services. Please use it responsibly and ensure all channels or subscriptions are paid for before checkout if applicable.
Violations & Fines
Any damage or excessive cleaning required due to violations will result in additional charges. This includes any pet-related issues, smoking inside the property, or excessive noise disturbances.
For any damage caused by careless use of appliances or fixtures, the guest will be responsible for the repair or replacement costs.
