Ideally located, in the Cabourg area, you are in one of the oldest houses in the city, completely renovated for your comfort and arranged and decorated on the theme of "The Impressionists".
The extremely bright ground floor apartment benefits from an ideal location in the city center, at the foot of the town hall park and Avenue de la Mer, to enjoy the shops and entertainment of Cabourg, as well as the beach, casino and thalassotherapy. The market, tourist office and the best bakery in Cabourg are within walking distance.

If for your stay, you want to organize a different or even exceptional lunch or dinner, CLEMENT PONSEEL, our private chef can be at your service directly in the Villa. For a minimum of 8 guests, Clément can offer you your customized menu from €60/pers. Gourmet menu, garden party in the garden with the large brazier, Norman flavors or flavors of the world, Clément has training with the best starred restaurants, a disciple of Escoffier, he will be able to meet all requests.
We can also offer you an optional moment of relaxation with Alice, our masseuse at home. A masseuse since 2016, Alice can offer you a relaxation session at home. Alice has several training courses and specializes in muscle and oriental massages.
She will be able to adapt the technique according to the needs dictated by the body.
Alice comes to the house with her massage table and oils (organic or neutral argan) and takes care of everything for your moment of relaxation.
Massage 1 hour - 90 euros or Massage 1 hour 30 minutes - 120 euros. Minimum 2 massages per trip.
We also provide a brand new gym equipped with a bike, rower, running mat, elliptical, weight bench etc. This gym is a paid but not mandatory option. If you wish to use it, it is available as an option. The conditions of use are with a check-in and check-out, a deposit check of €200 upon arrival which is returned to you upon your departure if everything is in order. Use is a paid option at €10/day/accommodation, to be paid on site and is not a mandatory option.

Cleaning was done before your arrival and will be done after your departure, a big thank you for making sure to put away the dishes before your departure and leave the rooms tidy.
Prohibited to use Wi-Fi for illegal downloads. Netflix is only available through your own connection/subscription.
Report any breakages (dishes, glasses and other items) before leaving.
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in the house.
To respect the peace and quiet, parties are not allowed.
