Guests will have access to a full size basketball/volleyball court, free weight and conditioning area, roof deck, sun deck with firepit and BBQ, high speed internet, luxury appliances and finishes, a private balcony, and much more.
You agree to the following:
CHECK-IN: is on or after 5 PM unless otherwise agreed to in writing as our cleaning staff needs sufficient time to prepare
KEYS: to return any access keys and remotes with a $50 replacement fee for every lost key and $250 for any remote
PARTIES: no parties or gatherings of any kind with additional occupants in excess of the # of approved guests on your reservation are allowed onsite whether inside your unit or a common area. You understand that any resulting damage to the premises, residents or building staff will result in immediate expulsion and subsequent legal action
QUIET HOURS: between 9 PM and 9 AM
SMOKING: whether inside your unit, in a common area or roof deck, per local law you need to be 20 feet away from the main entrance to smoke. Smoke damage to a unit will result in a $1000 restoration fee
PETS: you understand pets are not allowed in your unit. Pet damage may result in additional fees
BUILDING STAFF: you understand that maintenance and management staff have no direct obligation to assist you and that you need to contact Nadia or the rest of our team for ALL support or issues
DAMAGE: to be responsible for any damage to or missing items from the premises
ID CHECK: Per our insurance guidelines we must verify your physical appearance against a Government Issued Photo ID along with verifying your possession of a matching Debit or Credit Card at the time of your check-in. We also do a public records check as required by certain communities
BREACH: any violation of the above shall result in immediate removal from the property at an additional cost to you
From Dec 01, 2016 - Apr 30, 2017 the minimum stay is 2 nights.
