Stay in a recently renovated apartment in a Historical building.
Originally a Greek Family house and entrance floor now a tastefully decorated for comfortable visit to Istanbul! There is full kitchen including oven, fridge, cook, microwave, etc. Washing Machine and Dryer is also in the apartment. It is close to cafes and restaurants

The space
We have one bedroom and one living room. Bedroom has one double bed and there is sofa bed in the living room. The apartment is comfortable for 2 people but sofa bed can be use as double bed if you are more than two people. We have many times 4 people staying. There is full kitchen with everything you need it. There is nice shower with constant hot water for relaxing. Original stone tiles on the floor and wooden ceiling. You will love the flat!
It is located in the ground floor of a old ottoman mansion.

Just two miles north along the Golden Horn from Eminönü – the side-by-side quarters of Fener and Balat. Century-old Ottoman houses lean against each other in a kaleidoscope of reds, blues and greens. And art galleries and design shops dot the area along the water.

Like the rest of Istanbul, Fener-Balat is changing. Unlike much of the rest of the city, though, the changes don't – yet – involve condominiums and shopping malls. Nor have rents skyrocketed as much as in other areas that have retained an Ottoman flavour. This is why the quarter has become a cool hangout and a recognised design district; last autumn, tours of the area were a main event at the Istanbul Design Biennial. You will love to stay here instead of busy touristic zone or crowed party town yet you will have easy access to everywhere in the city.
