The guesthouse Badou, in La Badounerie, located 2 km from Martel (Jean-Blanc) near the Dordogne, all stone, has been tastefully renovated. It is located on a quiet lot next to a botanical trail with a pool to share (open from June to October) with the Badounette cottage.

Attention: bathroom in the basement with staircase access a little steep (ramp). Not accessible to people with limited mobility.

The cottage, with a capacity of 4 people, consists of:
- On the ground floor of an equipped kitchen (dishwasher, gas hob, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dishes, cutlery), living room with sofa and TV (flat screen 82 cm), bedroom with 140 bed.
- In the basement of a bathroom with washing machine and WC (access by stairs is a little steep with a ramp)
- Upstairs a bedroom with 2 beds in 90, a corner rest with ottoman, books and board games.

A dream comes true... Laurence and Yan who have in common the love of old stones and their region. One day they thought they would be sharing this passion with people from all walks of life. The seed was planted... So we started looking for a property that could accommodate our visitors with special requirements: charm, tranquility and comfort. The result: a few visits and a lot of disappointments. No favorites needed to start the adventure. Then a listing catches our eye. The property is located in Martel, consists of 2 stone houses and a swimming pool with a large plot. Well, it's a bit further away than our area of research but a visit doesn't mean anything. And then, the love at first sight. Everything is there: the houses have a real character, the land offers unobstructed views of the surrounding nature, the property is quiet without being isolated and to not spoil anything it is furnished!!! In addition, the current goes well with the owner. Our choice is made. And so, after a few adventures, we are now owners of 2 houses, which become the Badou and Badounette cottages within a property that will now be called La Badounerie. The adventure begins.
