This unique 200 year old farmhouse annex has a style all its own. Renovated from up-cycled materials. Enter into the fragrance of ‘Seville oranges & oak on a warm night’. Hand-crafted bed & furniture/fittings. Come rest in genuine comfort with open field views.

Show-bred miniature horse drift from the woodland area & ménage.

The property boasts a Marquis Wish hot tub, and outdoor, aromatherapy heated shower cabin. Brand new is our Recovery Room; sauna, icebath, light therapy & meditation.

The space
The Farmhouse & outbuildings built in the early 1800s. Designed to open as a Montessori School at the turn of this century, it later became a Stable Annexe with hand-built stables in the adjoining ‘Spanish’ yard. Adjacent to the main buildings are a bijou meadow, ménage & woodland area complete with Duck Island. A hot tub & gin bar sit in lush greenery. The outdoor heated rain-shower cabin is divine, only rivalled by the new Recovery Room in atmosphere & holistic qualities.

Other things to note
Champion bred American miniature show horses reside on the property. The lower annex is occasionally used for horse parties. We have recently extended to accommodate families and friendship groups with a luxurious sofabed and high-quality linens. There is ample space for couples and a dining area where we serve Cordon Bleu style food. Care must be taken of the property, furnishings, and linens. A charge may be applied for rule breaking or damages. This property is suited for animal-friendly guests. The hot tub fee per stay is £22 and falls under 'resort fee'.

I would describe myself as a charismatic, worldly human who surrounds herself in everything she loves, cherry picked from an eclectic childhood. The annexe is set in rural Lincolnshire on a 200-year-old farmhouse with our many animals, which include Warrior the miniature horse.
