This quiet, self-contained annex is especially well-suited to longer winter stays whether you’re visiting family, working nearby for a few weeks, or need a base for travel.
The space is fully equipped for day-to-day living, with heating, parking, and everything needed for a calm, settled stay. Extended bookings are welcome, and guests staying a week or longer benefit from better value.
The space
This self-contained annex is ideal for work, visiting family or tourism. It sleeps 2 comfortably (travel cot available on request) and includes a private en-suite bedroom with a king-size memory-foam bed, plus an open-plan living / dining / kitchen area. Wi-Fi, free parking and all basic supplies (tea, coffee, sugar, toiletries) are included.

- Kettle + toaster
- Utensils and tableware
- Wi-Fi
- Central heating
- Iron & ironing board on request
En-suite bedroom includes:

The Annex is attached to the main house. A shared internal corridor links to our utility room — this may be accessed by the hosts during daytime only and with consent in advance. Guests can request access to use the tumble dryer, iron and ironing board whenever needed.
Contractors and business travellers welcome.

You’ll enter The Annex via the rear door. A lockbox with key is provided for easy self check-in, and we’re available to greet you on arrival if needed.
Free on-street parking is available.
Enter through the front gate and walk down the side of the house to the back entrance.
Other things to note
There is regular public transport into Belfast City Centre, with buses typically every 10–15 minutes. The bus stop is a two-minute walk away.
Tickets can be purchased via the Translink mLink app or you can pay by card or cash on the bus (fares are cheaper through the app).
Taxis to/from city centre are usually around £7–10.
The Annex is private and self-contained, with occasional daytime access to the utility room by the main house. Our home sits alongside the Annex and is a family household, so you may hear normal family activity at times. We also have a friendly dog, cat and some chickens in the garden — they do not have access to the Annex, but you may see them outside.
