About this listing
My Apartment is 48 m² which includes bedroom, livingroom, bathroom and a big kitchen! The 40 m² garden makes the apartment really special. I have a king size bed in the bedroom, a pull out couch in the living room and 2 extra single mattresses.
The Apratment is very bright and friendly and you will have everything you need. It is on the main floor and very easy to enter. It is suitable for families with 2-4 children as well for all people who love to travel, appreciate a lovely, self made home and are looking for some special places in Vienna!
The kitchen provides everything you need for cooking - a big fridge, an oven, a coffe machine, a juicer which you need to start a perfect day - and a blender.
You will find a dining table in the kitchen and on in the garden and I have enough chairs too.
The living room is very comfortable but I have no TV - I think you don't need a TV for living especially not when you are traveling!
If the weather is nice you will love the garden, it is heaven in a city like Vienna. Even if it is raining you are able to sit outside since a part of the garden is sheltered. I have a small baby pool and a garden hose for hot summer days!!!!
