We have made a conscious choice: prioritizing space and well-being over maximum occupancy. The renovation was carefully designed to preserve the original soul and color palette of the house, while providing modern comforts and a serene atmosphere.

Ground Floor:
 - Spacious Living Area: A bright 35m² open-plan space featuring a comfortable lounge and a fully-equipped eat-in kitchen.
 - Enclosed Terrace: An 8m² private outdoor space to enjoy the fresh sea air.
 - Convenience: A separate toilet and a "summer shower" (perfect for rinsing off after the beach).

First Floor:
 - Master Suite: Featuring a queen-size bed (160cm) and a large en-suite walk-in shower. A cot is available upon request. Separate toilet.
 - The Library/Office: A quiet workspace with a sea view, ideal for remote work or a peaceful reading session.

Top Floor (Cathedral Attic):
 - Large Attic Bedroom: A stunning room with high ceilings and sea views. It features two twin beds (90cm) and a third bed (90cm) on a mezzanine level—perfect for a child or teenager (adult supervision required).
 - Private Bathroom: A second en-suite with shower and toilet.

Total Capacity: 4 adults (Master bedroom + 2 twin beds) + 1 child/teenager on the mezzanine.

We love hosting and are fully available to help prepare for your arrival. To ensure the tranquility of the neighborhood and the quality of our welcome, the house is non-smoking and we prioritize stays of 3 nights or more.

 Pet Policy: We welcome up to 2 pets. For their safety and the upkeep of the upper floors, they have full access to the entire ground floor.

 Parking: During the summer season, street parking in Cayeux is paid. However, a free cul-de-sac is located 50m away (subject to availability). A weekly parking pass (approx. €30) can also be purchased at the local ASVP office, just steps from the house.
