Your home among the trees.
Dinuka's is a free-standing house with 4 rooms, 2 of which have king size beds. The place is surrounded by trees like kohomba, coconut, mango and teak. The fruit-trees attract squirls, monkeys and birds, while the small lake next to the house is frequented by deer in the early morning.
Interaction with guests
Mr. Dinuka lives in a separate home nearby with his wife and two small kids. It was Dinuka's dad who started this place, and since he passed away Mr. Dinuka - who works as an administrator - has been running the place. Safaris, guided tours and food can be arranged.

Neverbeen offers a wide variety of rare homes off the beaten track, from fisherman's huts and tree houses to heritage homes and tea estates. Our team hand-picks and visits every home and meet all hosts to make ensure guests have a positively memorable stay in places they've never been.
We provide travellers and home owners in challenging locations with access to one another, by offering communication services, online marketing services and tourism training, so that locals can make a living off their home and travellers can get to stay in places they have never been.
As such, Neverbeen works for a world in which everyone has the chance to earn income by renting out their home, regardless of language, internet access and tourism experience.
In Sri Lanka, Dishan manages our growing group of homes in cooperation with our scouts, while Rohan creates listings and provides service. In Amsterdam, Marten works out international growth plans. Our team of in-house programmers is constantly developing the platform itself and Ernst & Young does our finances.
The first country we're active in is Sri Lanka, a beautiful country with many undiscovered places to stay. Due to it recently having opened up to tourism after decades of conflict, it is a great place to start and pilot the Neverbeen concept. We plan to expand to ten countries before the end of 2017.
